WW - Week1

The Weight Watcher's Work Program was on today (Thursday) and lost 1.8lbs.   Not bad for the first week.  If I keep this up for the next 12 weeks, I should lose 21.6lbs.  But let's not get carried away and stick to the 10% target (15lbs).  I can deal with that.

Watching what you eat is quite a challenge, especially when you're used to eating a certain portion size.   But with a proper balance meal, portion and work out regime, I'm optimistic that I can reach my goal.
