Bookbinding 101 - Week 2

I went on my 2nd BB 101 class and we did a concertina book (accordion book), today.  Wallace asked whether it was worth going to the Bookbinding class and whether I've learned anything.   The answer to both questions is YES.  Even though I've been making books and learned it on my own and taking classes with fellow artist.  It's nice to learn from someone who does it for a living.

I've picked up some really great tips and techniques from Akemi for making proper bookbinding.   Being in the studio surrounded by press, big table, printing tools, papers etc... just get
s me into the zone.

This is my mini book using the binding cloth and japanese paper.
