WW - Week 7

It's been a good week for weigh-in. I lose 2lbs. this week, which brings me to a total of 8.4lbs to-date. I had to do some recalculation for my daily target points because I'm now below 150lbs. It changed from 20 points of food intake to 19 points. It' s going to be interesting last stretch.

There are times I'm finding it very tedious to track what I'm eating and to figure out the value points and then there are times I just get bored of the type of food I eat on a daily basis. Sigh! I guess that's why it's good to go to these meetings to find motivation and support.
