I signed up on, fitness website in January (Jan 7, to be exact).  I totally forgot all about it, until Susan reminded me of it.   I can't believe this fell of my radar.   It's a great website, it has an exercise routine; meal plan suggestions and it provides you with the grocery list based on the meal plan.   

Susan Thanks for the reminder, I'm back on track once again.  Definitely want to get those perfect tricep / bicep muscles you now have.  LOL!  You've definitely inspired me, to get off my butt.
