Tarts and Pies

Between apple picking, Thanksgiving dinner and riping bananas, I did some baking the last two weeks.  For dinner at my in-laws, I baked pumpkin tarts; for Thankgiving dinner with Wallace and Aidan, I baked Apple Pie and last weekend a new banana bread recipe (using cake and pastry flour instead of all-purpose flour).  I'm not sure I liked the banana bread.
